Development use coaching techniques to enhance individual performance at
executive and board level. Our target is it to maximise each
individualís performance through raising self-awareness. Our approach is
based on the work of leading advocates in this field as well as our own
firmly believe that the development of coaching skills within managers can
improve the performance of all employees, including high fliers.
Development can support client organisations to establish and promote
coaching practices internally. We have supported a range of experiential
coaching programmes aimed at enhancing the coaching skills of managers.
